Or the people could be Russian immigrants. It could be that there's an export market in stretch limos. I still stand by my not-in-America position based on the architectural style of the older building. Other things that don't look American are the trolley wire and the design of the streetlight poles. I also noticed that the man who presumably is the groom is wearing a suit, not a tuxedo. That might be a European custom, I don't know for sure.
