It's clearly a big city, based on the high rise construction in progress. The two women in the foreground are sort of Russian-looking, as is the groom to a lesser extent, plus the older building in the picture has a European architectural style.Then why two American made stretch limos ? Or the people could be Russian immigrants. It could be that there's an export market in stretch limos. I still stand by my not-in-America position based on the architectural style of the older building. Other things that don't look American are the trolley wire and the design of the streetlight poles. I also noticed that the man who presumably is the groom is wearing a suit, not a tuxedo. That might be a European custom, I don't know for sure. If it were possible to make out the writing on the banner signs in the left background we'd know for sure. My LIRR/NYCT blog |
