🚨"BREAKING: DHS confirmed to Fox News that the rideshare driver arrested in Montgomery County, MD for allegedly kidnapping and raping a minor during a ride is an illegal immigrant from Guinea who was caught and released at the Arizona border by the Biden administration in 2023. He also has a prior record for sexually assaulting a minor in NYC earlier this year.
DHS says Abdoulaye Dia of Lanham illegally crossed into Lukeville, AZ on December 21, 2023 — one of the days my team and I were there covering large groups of African migrants crossing — and was released into the U.S. by Border Patrol.
Dia was arrested by the NYPD on June 10th for forcible sexual abuse, forcible touching of intimate parts, endangering a child under 17, and sexual abuse without consent.
He has now been arrested by Maryland police for allegedly kidnapping and raping an underage girl while working as an Empower rideshare driver. Police say he drove her to a parking lot and raped her inside his vehicle, and they believe there may be additional victims."
