Lindsay Clancy Trial

Trial is now in it's 45th day. More amazing than no verdict yet is that we've had nary a thread hear about the trial, or the crime or the issues. Still not a word about her diet or from bingbong, our resident female reproductive and female rights advocate.

Well, update is that the judge declared a mistrial Friday. One juror against the other eleven who wanted to acquit. Have to wonder what happened in the juror selection process here to find eleven who believed in such a thing as "post-partum psychosis" especially in the face of evidence of sanity on Clancy's part.

Another reason why women shouldn't vote, serve on juries, drive, be police/firemen,etc... Other than being ON THE AVERAGE smaller and weaker than men, they all have "Misguided Motherhood", where their natural empathy takes over, and feelings and emotions are adhered to, instead of logic and fact.

It's not due to women. This is jury tainting. There are plenty of conservative (normal) women out there, but whoever chose the jurors was being quite deliberate.

In all seriousness, this is how I see it. Several months back, we saw horrific video of a guy on a train stab a Ukranian girl in the neck from behind and kill her. There was no provocation, no warning. Clearly, the guy had mental issues. No one discussed the cause of his insanity. He was guilty. Lindsay Clancy had to be insane to kill her 3 children but she still killed her children. Whatever her thought processees were, she killed her 3 kids. If she killed someone elses 3 kids, would we be having this discussion? The female jurors forbthe most part, lost sight of the real issue. 3 dead children.
