Several months back, we saw horrific video of a guy on a train stab a Ukranian girl in the neck from behind and kill her. There was no provocation, no warning. Clearly, the guy had mental issues. No one discussed the cause of his insanity. He was guilty. Lindsay Clancy had to be insane to kill her 3 children but she still killed her children. Whatever her thought processees were, she killed her 3 kids. If she killed someone elses 3 kids, would we be having this discussion? The female jurors forbthe most part, lost sight of the real issue. 3 dead children. |
