None that I'm aware of but it seems that chemicals used in lethal injection might negate viability.

All of these people have normal names. THey don't match the mass shooters I read about.
Is it generational or reverse racism?

Agreed, but the noose could avoid chemical pollutants!

Bring on the Madam...Madam Guillotine that is. If I was on death row I'd request a "date with the Madam" as they said in France. Quick and painless. Makes the basket every time for a sure two points!

Why?

Are Texas and Florida the only with capital Justice?

Texas Florida and Alabama seem the most prolific. The execution of James Duckett was postponed due to 2 court actions. The death warrant is currently listed as inactive but has not been recinded.

Death Warrants in Ohio will not be carried out. Governor DeWine is issuing these reprieves due to ongoing problems involving the willingness of pharmaceutical suppliers to provide drugs to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC), pursuant to DRC protocol, without endangering other Ohioans. Four executions scheduled in Ohio for June (1), July (2), and August (1) have been rescheduled pending further actions by the state legislature.

For the month of April 3 executions were scheduled and all were carried out as scheduled.

On April 21 Chadwick Willacy was executed in Florida
On April 30 James Broadnax was executed in Texas.
On April 30 Jamed Hitchcock was executed in Florida.

For the month of May there are 5 executions scheduled to be carried out.
May 14 Raymond Johnson in Oklahoma
May 14 Edward Busby in Texas
May 20 Leroy McGill in Arizona
May 21 Tony Carruthers in Tennasee
May 21 Richard Knight in Florida

Christa Pike is still scheduled to die in Tennesee on Sept. 30th

Next Update will be on or about May 31

I'm just curious as to how long were the departed and those still scheduled to get Justice waiting?

Can Ohio get the pharmaceuticals from Texas or Florida?

One of the things that intrigued me about this subject was exactly that. Some lillers spend 15-30 years in prison and are then freed while others spend up to 30 years on death row before execution. As to the Ohio situation, I'm not even clear on the issue.
