Supreme Court 9 - Democrats 0

Posted by Train Dude on Mon Jun 9 12:00:51 2025

In a suit filed by a white woman who was passed over for a promotion due to DEI, supreme court ruled unanamously 9-0 in her favor, stating that a white person does not need to meet a higher standard of proof than a non-white when proving that they were discriminated against because of race (or gender). Amen to that.

Why is it Democrats 0? I wasn't aware that SCOTUS was on a partisan team, at least it shouldn't be.

(And this Democrat agrees with SCOTUS wholeheartedly on this case.)

Remember, the same forces that upended the rule of law (famously) in Brazil and Israel were the same working in the US in places like Wisconsin and with America's first black female justice actress.

If you hadn't noticed, the Democrats love DEI policy, so yes, this is a win for non-discrimination.

Bullshit. The democRATS ran on DEI in 2024. Trump spent several days shedding DEI policies and DEI offices from government.I suggest that you take off your political blinders once in a while.

SCOTUS agreed to hear the case in October of 2024, before the outcome of the election was known.

And what does that have to do with the cost of Apples in Argentina? The American public was overwhelmingly opposed to DEI long before the election as exampled by the Bud Lite febacle.
