Posted by Train Dude on Mon Jun 9 12:00:51 2025 In a suit filed by a white woman who was passed over for a promotion due to DEI, supreme court ruled unanamously 9-0 in her favor, stating that a white person does not need to meet a higher standard of proof than a non-white when proving that they were discriminated against because of race (or gender). Amen to that. |
