Meanwhile rubber mouthpieces were and are included in the current kits. Clearly, they want to support the "safe" use of dangerous drugs but ignore the true danger, the crime that supports this drug use. Violent street crime is still a primary supporter of illegal drug use.

The last few years of his life was a daily ritual of insulin injections while coping with his blindness. IIRC the insulin was about $50 a vial & a box of 100 syringes cost about $35. All $$$ was out of pocket. The cost of love can be expensive.
