I had a dog that was diabetic and went blind due to canine diabetes. The last few years of his life was a daily ritual of insulin injections while coping with his blindness. IIRC the insulin was about $50 a vial & a box of 100 syringes cost about $35. All $$$ was out of pocket.The cost of love can be expensive. |
