You never will. And especially with world travel.
As for NYC. I'm actually not upset with it. I rather go maskless and have to deal with proof of vax, than mask requirement. That said, if they do this, they need a real vax card, that fits in your wallet or can show on your phone

Don't punish those that got the vax because of those that did not.

I agree with that 100%.

Cars cause lots of deaths and I don't object to people driving cars.

All I'm saying is that people who are responsible enough to be vaccinated should take what they think is reasonable care to not do harm to others, like their children or their elderly parents. Fortunately, those who are vaccinated are pretty much responsible enough to figure out what that means on their own.

However, I also think that business owners have the right to keep their employees and customers safe. So if a business owner says wear a mask on my property or I will consider you a trespasser, that's their right.

But as a side note... How is this not "racist"....remember how "racist" voting laws requiring ID are. It seems easier to show an id of who you are to vote, than it is to sho vax status

And you are pretty much free to not wear a mask anywhere except where the property owner requires a mask as a condition of entry. Maybe not in the entire country but certainly in New York State.

See AlM’s response, but the difference isn’t that it’s easier or harder for some people to get vaxxed, but that voter ID is a solution in search of a problem. Since voter impersonation is essentially nonexistent, these laws are obviously implemented as a voter suppression tactic. OTOH, vaccine requirements serve a useful purpose.

Assuming that voter impersonation were actually a rampant problem, or even a minor problem, then voter ID would be justified and it wouldn’t be inherently racist to implement it.
