He probably has had some decline in mental ability since he’s nearly 80. I don’t know which way the NY Post leans, but I’m guessing right since they published something negative. Their notes on his performance are in the article below. Speaking of bias, I only listened to a few seconds of the press conference because I was doing other things. The seconds that I did catch a reporter was asking Biden regarding his follow through on some campaign promise that Biden supposedly repeatedly made. I don’t recall the promise, but what stuck out was the reporter apologized for asking the question before asking it. That summarizes where most media stands. I think that any of us that had to give a presentation at work would be critiqued if we didn’t know what we were talking about. You can’t refer to notes for nearly every answer and then sometimes still get it wrong as the article alleges. And photos of reporters seems odd to me. Is that normal?
