No, a Samoan (unless one parent is a US citizen) is a US National, not a citizen. They can move to the 50 States, without an immigration issue, they have the right to take any job except one where citizenship is required and can not vote in any election restricted to citizens, and a few other distinctions.

The USSR constitution had no amendments; instead of amending anything, they changed the whole thing as Brezhnev did in 1977. So what articles in that constitution refer to defining who is a US citizen?

Never mind "WMATAAAARGH" falsely equating the District of Columbia with a US territory.

I too do miss her. But BingBong was being laughed at & not with. I never had a problem with her here. I find that if you show some respect & remain civil, you can have spirited conversations even though you disagree. However, if attacked, the gloves can come off.

Do you not miss her late husband Selkirk as well? Even though he and I, as well as Bingbong often butted heads more often or not, I do miss both of them. I hope she's doing well.

In do. I listen mostly to talk radio WABC which now is back to rock with Cousin Brucie on Saturday nights and Sinatra songs with Joe Piscapo on Sunday nights. I also get most of my news from 1010WINS.

As some of my clients are out of the NYC metro area, I rely on Sirius Radio but only while driving. I listen to 114 Fox News, 97 Comedy Round-up and the area specific traffic and weather stations. But that's only in the car

I also only listen to SiriusXM in the car (with very limited exceptions). Strictly 70s on 7. Espec ially on the weekends when they play a classic American Top 40 broadcast (I didn't discover AT40 until February 1976, so I've gotten to hear quite a few that were before my time, AT40 wise (they are playing 2/13/71 this weekend)

Yeah, but I think of that as more of an app and I'm probably streaming on Amazon or Spotify instead. If I leave my local area and I'm in the car I'm likely streaming on Amazon.

SiriusXM is practically giving it away it. I got a letter today with a "We want you back" pitch offering $5 a month for the next 12 months w/o any reconnection fee and no cancellation fee. Also included is SXM app & Alexa enabled devices. Must reply by 3/13.
Sounds tempting. Time to examine the fine print.
