You are very very wrong. He was nothing but hate...of minorities, women, anything that wasn't white male and gluttonous. He had the wrong message and sold it for over thirty years.

Back in the early eighties he did a very very short (maybe all of three weeks IIRC) late night TV program. His message was so off-putting and disjointed even the audience was giving him a hard time about the hate he spewed. I still wonder about how we went from that...public rebuke and disdain for his hateful attitudes to this. Never expected he'd become a major part of the problem.
