Most of those contracts are being fulfilled in factories in the US. Put more Americans out of work because a country wants to protect itself from people going back and forth to known hotspots. Great idea. What possible legal argument could be made when the US and Canada have agreed to keep the border open for commerce and trade. |

I'm not sure why this is even an issue. Who cares which stadium they play in, fans will not be in the stands? And now, tax money flows to the US, and whichever locality they choose. The players will not be paying Canadian and provincial, rather US, as well as state and local depending on where they play. Both they and the US come out ahead. |

Millions of people every year. We stopped non essential travelers from coming here. It was a good idea. If another country thinks Americans pose a risk, they are completely justified. Your view about travel and tourism is far from the mainstream. But I will agree that more Americans should see more of their own country. |

Every time I hear "American Woman" by the Canadian Group "Guess Who", I cringe. What a blatant anti American song. If I was a DJ back when it was popular, I'd refuse to play it (and probably get fired).Total hypocrisy inasmuch they had big problems with the "American Woman"( Statue of Liberty innuendo) but had no problem accepting American Dollars. It would have been a better record if it was an instrumental. |
