I did a background job in a strip club for the following episode, episode 2 of Billions. They had me walk to the bar, get the attention of the bartender and order a drink. Unfortunately I was never in the camera's range but at least I got to watch strippers and got paid $165 for the gig. It was disappointing watching it and not seeing me, especially as I could mouth the actors' words as I heard it over & over again for each take!! The strip joint they used was Gallagher's 2,000 off Queens Blvd in Sunnyside. BTW, I could never get into Billions so once that episode aired I didn't have to watch it any more. |

Some TV/movie offices aren't designed that way to look realistic, they're designed that way to make it easier to film, and to make it easier for people to appear on film. It's a trade-off to make movies/TV shows look nicer and not weird and cluttered. |
