"higher IQ" should mean, a capacity (and a willingness) to engage in honest open-ended dialogue about any topic. conversely, merely as an intellectual exercise, a person with a "higher IQ" will be able to convincingly defend the opinion that is completely opposite to what he/she actually believes. endlessly parroting talking points of a professed affiliation to a specific "groupthink" means nothing beyond the ability to memorize lines. |
