If that little man did not hit the home run the Yankees probably would have won and gone to the World Series. The Yankees pitcher threw the ball right over the middle of the plate. He should have placed it on the corner so the batter would have missed it and the game would still have been tied and then the Yankees would probably have won. The umpires also stole the game as well. The whole thing is just sickening. |

Period. You Yankees fans feel so entitled, like you deserve to be in the World Series every year. You’re a bunch of arrogant assholes who think that fucking pinstriped laundry means everybody else has to blow you every day. This is why everybody outside the Bronx absolutely loves it when the Yankees lose. It’s similar to when the Dallas Cowboys lose. Today we’re all Astros fans. |

One last thing... the Yankees would have won if they could have just scored one more run than the Astros and nobody can dispute that because that is a fact. For example, if the little man did not hit the home run then the Yankees would have only needed to hold the Astros scoreless and score just one run in the remaining innings and then the Yankees would have won and probably gone on to win Game 7 and then go on to defeat the Nationals, a foregone conclusion, to claim their 28th World Championship. The Yankees are the greatest team since sliced bread. To better illustrate my point: |

That isn’t us being jealous, it’s them being braggarts. Also, one could argue that the first 18-22 don’t count when compared to an expansion team. Some of them haven’t even been around 27 years. If the D-Backs and Rays were people, they’re only just old enough to to drink. Though I would love to see any teams MLB might add pull a Golden Knights and curbstomp everyone. I’d be more than willing to bet if the Yankees had to do more work for their titles, if the post season in the original 16 era contained more rounds, there would be a lot fewer rings. |

Then why are more than 2/3rds of their titles from before the introduction of the League Championship Series? All those times in recent years, where the Yankees were the #1 seed in the AL but lost in lower rounds to weaker teams. How often do you think that might of happened beforehand had the opportunity arisen? |
