They're pikers compared to the SF Giants. Their new stadium opened in 1996 as Pacific Bell Park, then it changed to SBC Park, then AT&T Park and now its Oracle Park.

Always to be known as Yankee Stadium in name anyway. That with no names on the back of their uniforms, no hair on the face & below the collar. Pure old school class. However, IMO The "new" stadium is a ball park. Nowhere near the same feel as the original. The original one was a cathedral.

Apparently, Aaron Boone has relaxed the restriction. George Steinbrenner bought the Yankees just around the time that facial hair was really starting to take off in MLB. He banned beards but accepted mustaches.
