Why do resist the FACT that that accusation has not been PROVEN??

They don't apply here. This isn't a court of law. It's about opinion suspicion and judgment. To elevate a person whose character is NOT beyond suspicion to aposition where they can dictate and affect the lives of others is PLAIN WRONG.

Interesting that there is such a rush to defend someone accused of attacking a fifteen year old child. Usually, being accused of pedophilic behavior is the same as being convicted after a trial.

Doesn't sound like pedophilia to me since, as S-P said, both Ford and Kavanaugh were about the same age.

Wrong. It,s actual fact. Teens, even where both parties are under the age of consent, are considered as adults when it comes to violent sexual crimes like assault (of this exact nature) and rape.
