She can swear on a thousand Bibles that it happened, and he can deny it. Unless there's any other type of proof, which 36 years after the fact is going to be Monumental at best, there is no way that anyone would ever be found guilty of that. And like I said about the statute of limitations. This wasn't a rape and assault, these were drunk kids at a party in a room away from everyone else. |
