They are underrepresentative because the kids don't want to go to college themselves! They think school is for the white man or it's not cool

Not necessarily. Perhaps the person who scored less well didn’t have access to test prep services, tutoring, loads of practice exams, etc. that taught various test taking techniques. Perhaps the person who scored less well didn’t go to a school that didn’t offer the same rigorous curriculum so was learning certain concepts for the first time during test prep. In any hypothetical you cannot control for every contingency.

I think the outcomes for kids who do well on tests like SAT were established years before ever taking the test. These kids did well in school from a young age, read books, did not watch too much television, etc...........

I don't deny the existence of cultural differences. Having parents who force you to work like a dog has definite educational advantages.

Cultural.

You can improve your IQ by studying a lot. As someone who has both tutored students in math and physics, and has supervised very technical employees, I've seen it happen.

If you ever actually studied evolution (I did), you'd see they're doing science backwards. Real science does not start with a conclusion and work backwards to find evidence for it.

It's still a very controversial topic, one that would fall under the term "hate truth" The term is called race science and some people debunk it, and other say it's an inconvenient truth. Others say there are disparities, but it's because of the environment and culture, not intelligence itself.

There are racial disparities and we need to study them to find out why and what can be done to level it off, if anything. Just ignoring it makes it worse!
