No, it wants President Hillary Clinton. :)What does it matter what the left wants? President Trump will remain our President until 1/20/2021 unless: (a) He becomes seriously ill or dies (unlikely - heart disease takes a while to materialize and he doesn't seem to have it now - and narcissistic personality disorder won't get him removed from office unless he truly goes off the deep end and starts to wrestle people for the nuclear button, which is also unlikely). (b) He is assassinated (unlikely - that's why we pay all that money for the Secret Service - if they could protect Obama against a lot of nuts who are skilled marksmen they can probably protect Trump against a lot of nuts with Saturday Night Specials). (c) He is impeached and convicted (unlikely - he'd have to commit a murder in front of 10 witnesses for the current House to impeach him). (d) He quits (unlikely - he'd know that would make him a loser forever). |

He might get right-wing stuff through Congress that Trump can't because Trump doesn't play nice. Trump is in real danger of losing McCain, Murkowski, Collins, and maybe even Graham. Pence would keep them on his side. |

I agree there is a big unknown with Trump that there is not with Pence, in particular when it comes to the nuclear button (particularly because Bannon has been quoting as saying he wants a confrontation with China and Iran). But other than that*, at this point I would expect Pence to cause more damage than Trump. Trump just isn't competent enough to advance the really damaging kind of legislation that Pence would push. * I know there is an aspect here of "Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?" |

Vice President Mike Pence House Speaker Paul Ryan President Pro Tempore of the Senate Orrin Hatch Secretary of State Rex Tillerson Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin Defense Secretary James Mattis Attorney General Jeff Sessions Do the left want any of these guys in the White House? |

That's the point if it were up to established GOP Trump wouldn't be anywhere near the WH. However since he's so popular with the GOP voters and he's pres now they have to grin and bear Trump whether they like it or not. At this point their fates are connnected. If Trump gets impeached the GOP takes a PR hit so even if they would like for Trump to be gone it might not be wise of them to push for it. |

If Manafort engaged in scurrilous activity, there's no hint it was at Trump's direction or that Trump is now trying to cover it up. And anything Flynn was up to was post-election.
