So now walking away from cops with your hands up gets you shot. The justicification for some of these cop shootings are bordering on ridiculous. But yeah i guess a nice well comfy desk job at the stationhouse is in the cop's future. |

I'd like to know why an aerial unit was on the scene?Yes. Walking away from cops is a form or aggression. It's ESCALATING the situation. Shits not a fucking game. Life is not World Star Hip Hop. Cops are on the scene, don't walk away from them like some street beggars. Just another engage and escalate idiot it appears. |

Did the police know what his intentions were.I was not there and neither was Luch but he does make a good point. Why was the aerial unit there? |

WRONGThe man had his hands up clearly indicating he was unarmed and posed no threat to the officer. We have had WHITE men with guns in officers faces and were not shot or killed. So the notion that he "escalated" the situation. What we have here is an officer who doesnt know protocol, nervous and undeserving of the badge |

When you get pulled over or broken down in a car it seems white officers have a distrist and its mutual.Officers need better training. |

That could be true but what I don't understand is why it is predominantly BLACKS who become so combative when confronted by police. I saw a video recently where a black woman with a child in her car, refused to cooperate with police (I believe in Maryland). The incident got so out of control over 5 hours that the woman was shot and killed. I just do not understand becoming combative when faced with a choice to end things and survive. |

Show me a similar number of videos where white people resist police and I'll reconsider my opinion. That's a terrible method! Such a method leads to incorrect conclusions, ignorance, and racism. There are so many variables involved in whether such videos exist and how easy they are to find, that you couldn't possibly base your entire opinion about a large group of people on such. It makes no sense. |
