I'd like to know why an aerial unit was on the scene?

Yes. Walking away from cops is a form or aggression. It's ESCALATING the situation. Shits not a fucking game. Life is not World Star Hip Hop. Cops are on the scene, don't walk away from them like some street beggars.

Just another engage and escalate idiot it appears.
