The Truvada story was broken by just two news outlets on Wednesday--ABC7 in San Francisco, and by me at GBM News. The MSM very sluggishly picked it up a day later, as your WaPo link illustrates.

wrong - - more than 2 news outlets, including NY Times

But all the big news agencies were screaming about Kim Davis and her faux-pious refusal to do her job, even though as an agent of the state, she doesn't have that luxury

False. Kim can exercise her (hypocrite) so-called religious beliefs as she is protected under the same SCOTUS ruling on same-sex marriages. If she does not want to sign a document which (I do not recognize myself the so-called marriage) is against her religious views then get someone else to do it. However with 3 divorces and a baby born out of wedlock makes her a true hypocrite. Don't talk about sin when you have done it.

She is a hypocrite, but more to the point, as an agent of the state, she is prohibited by the Constitution she swore to uphold, from imposing her religious beliefs on the people, period.

Seriously? Is this some kind of NYTimes thinking? If person A makes a claim and person B doubts it, isn't it up to Person A to defend the claim? How and why should person B be responsible for "proving" anything? And who said anything about a "website"?

The only reason I even know these events transpired is because I know someone who was privy to the details.
Oh this is just too precious. The only proff you have is that someone "told" you about it????? LOL!!!!!!!! And you make the statement in your article and on OTChat as if it is public knowledge and an open fact??????? HAVE YOU EVER READ A REAL ARTICLE IN A REAL NEWSPAPER IN YOUR LIFE??????

FWIW, as I understand it,
FWIW??? As you understand it? AS YOU UNDERSTAND IT??? You have got to be kidding me! You claim to be a real journalist writing for a legitimate media outlet, not to mention the fact that you are the co-owner/creator/operator/whatever of said site, and you're writing "news" articles that contain "facts" that are based on "your understanding" of a situation that "was told to you" by a source that you can not name and that you can not even mention in the article?!?!?!??!!?!?

both parties agreed NOT to debate this in the media.
I'm speechless. Seriously. That you would hear the utter 99.99% likely bullshit and treat it as g-d-given fact. Oh. My.

The Turtle, as he has done in the past, asks me to prove a negative
WTF???? I did no such thing in this thread.

and then accuses me of concocting lies.
I did no such thing, at least in the beginning. And I still haven't done it now. And I won't. Because I wouldn't think that's what happened here. But what I think did happen here is just as bad, or actually worse.

It's easy to be an all-knowing tough guy from behind a keyboard.
LOL! It's easy being an all-knowing tough guy with respect to you because you're so often wrong and it's so often so easily spotted. As I said in the very beginning, surely you can't be serious. Surely. Hopefully. I hope. Because...wow. This is just sad.

How much longer are you going to hold out on this? Already two of the most liberal, Santorum-disliking people on this forum have agreed with me that the veracity of your "facts" are seriously doubtful. The thought hasn't even entered your head that maybe, just maybe, you've been wrong all these months? Would it kill you to, you know, once in a while, when I doubt or question something you've posted, to stop and think about it a little to see if my response has any merit? Because seriously, how often am I wrong about you? Is there pattern that I'm mostly wrong or mostly right? Shouldn't that tell you something? Going through life stubborn isn't the best policy for personal advancement.
