Did you see the beginning of this wedding ?That's usually the last seconds of freedom for the groom ! Most boyfriends today are so whipped, they lose their freedom even before marriage. Women today suck for the most part. They're feminazis who want to turn their back on traditional female roles while shaming men who don't want to fill the traditional male roles. They're narcissistic and promiscuous. This country is importing immigrants to do two things real AMericans won't: cheap labor and make babies. THIW. |

I think the ones not exercising are gaining the most.yeah, but too many people who do cardio are not seeing results. And part of it is diet. I know quite a few fatties who run regularly. Do 10k's, triathalon, pound the treadmills. But most of the people I know into sprinting, crossfit, or basic weight lifting routines have much better body fat percentages than the cardio clones. |

I think resistance training and short sprints are superior to running endless miles. You are kind of right, and I know some runners who are fucking fat and they are arrogant and think they are superior to my routine or sprinting the pitchers' mound to home plate 12x's. But no matter what gym I go to or drive by, I see too many people on the treadmill and it's kind of sad. |

Treadmills are not great. Especially the way most people use them, just running at the same pace on a flat surface. They are a bit better if you use a hill program and vary the speed a bit.Outdoor distance running on trails with hills at a variety of speeds can be great for weight loss. I dropped quite a bit of weight that way. Sprinting also works well, although I think you would be better served by extending the distance a bit beyond the mound to the plate. Try doing 12 50-60 yard sprints one day. For the first six, don't sprint all out, but build up gradually to the point where you are sprinting the last 20-25 yards. Then for the last six try to sprint the entire distance at close to full speed. |

Also, I think that if you do a lot of cardio your body becomes more efficient, and so it will burn fewer calories for the same activities. Unless your intention is to enter some kind of endurance challenge, your goal is to make your body as inefficient as possible. But that's just speculation. I might do a 40 or 50 once in a while but never sets of them. I've been watching the NFL combine training shows on ESPN and someone always gets hurt doing sets of 40's. It looks easy because it's a short distance but it's higher risk than people think. |

These people “are following a fad, essentially.”There are risks involved with following a gluten-free diet; therefore it is not recommended for everyone. Avoiding grains on the gluten-free diet means that you are eating fewer products enriched with nutrients, which may lead to deficiencies in iron, calcium, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and folate. Along with fruits and vegetables, the most common sources of dietary fiber are whole-grain breads and cereals, which contain gluten. Many people on gluten-free diets tend to eat inadequate amounts of fiber, which may lead to constipation. Following a gluten-free diet may potentially cause a decrease in the amount of beneficial bacteria in the gut (Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus), which can negatively impact the immune system. |

Why would anyone choose to make themselves sick? That can happen all by itself , and oes, to everyone.Eat a full balanced diet and be mindful of portions, which are typically too large. Even the Dali Lama eats meat a few times a week, for cryin out loud. Humans have consumed grains for millenia, the last 10,000 years (mass) agriculturally. We are well adapted to them. Barring celiac isease, everyone should consume ghluten as it naturally occurs. |

I get plenty of fiber from eating about 1 pound of vegetables, 1 pound potatoes, a little fruit usually blueberries. And I've been doing this since February 14. Started by avoiding grains. That meant six days a week I'd avoid grains. One day I'd eat pizza(which is loaded with gluten) and cookies. This is a bodybuilders strategy where you "eat clean" all week and enjoy the weekend. Whole grains for fiber is for idiots. And look around you. Society as a whole continues to suffer an obesity epidemic and other issues even though we've seen store shelves filled with whole grains and low fat products. |

I usually eat gluten one day a week on "cheat day". I could eat pizza and cookies usually. Or pasta.Six days of the week, I'm clean eating. No grains which means no gluten. All grains are to be avoided. And it works. Look at society in general. We've been told for decades to cut fat and increase whole grains and it has not worked. |
