I don't know enough about the situation there to do that. If you think the Jackson Police are engaging in silly reasoning, you should explain why you think so. All I am saying is that Chris is bringing in a totally irrelevant issue. The Jackson Police claim they can enforce the law better by having their officers know a few words of Spanish.
