At what age would it be totally absurd to kill someone wielding a realistic toy? Certainly if they were 6. So it's only a matter of drawing the line between prudence (shooting at an 18-year old wielding a realistic toy) and total recklessness (shooting at the 6 year old). Nilet feels the line should be drawn above 12. One can disagree but it's not an inadmissible point of view. |
