I'm not what as you qould put it an "anti gun douchbag" however and never said I was. I hate idiots with guns but its to late to put that genie back in the bottle. Most criminals illegally own guns so making guns illegal wouldn't so anything to solve that problem. I however would make legally purchased gun owners should have a squeaky clean record and have to take a mandatory gun class and exam that has to be passed bf they able to have one sort of like drivers test. Having a gun is a big responsiblity and not everyone should have it. |

It could have been a reporter taking information over a phone. It could also have been a nurse who wrote down the reading or a data entry worker who keyed in what the nurse had written into a computer. I've done a lot of experiments. Bad data entry is a constant source of experimental error. I prefer systems that require no human intervention for entering data. There are lots of precautions that have to be taken interfacing medical devices to computers. That makes them far more expensive than many interfaces that don't require these precautions. My urologist's office records are computerized. None of the medical devices are directly hooked into the computer. The doctor or a nurse has to manually type in the information. Ditto for my opthamologist's office. |
