Don't believe a word he says. He knows few of us will slog through 2 constitutions, so he's hoping we will accept his statements without examination. In fact, the S.Africa constitution is pretty decent, recognizing many more rights than the USA, for instance. The USSR catalogs rights, but, as you suspected, they are ignored in practice. And you won't find anything like this in the S. Africa constitution:"Citizens of the USSR are obliged to safeguard the interests of the Soviet state, and to enhance its power and prestige. "Defence of the Socialist Motherland is the sacred duty of every citizen of the USSR. Betrayal of the Motherland is the gravest of crimes against the people." The USSR constitution also enshrines socialism as the guiding principle of the nation, which is nowhere seen in the SA document. |

Today there are African Jews, Japanese Jews, even Eskimo Jews. It seems difficult to call such a mixture a "race". Chabad.org While most Jews may share a common ancestor, they are NOT a race. Perhaps you are the one who needs to get a grip on history and reality. Or at the very least, stay down in your bunker where you devise these squalid thoughts and stay clear of all interactions with the real world. |

A failure to recognize the meaning of the upper case C is a clear indication of being totally out of touch with Judaism.
