I will renew my efforts over the winter to apply for and receive approval from the Perth Amboy and Greater Manasquan Inlet Light Industry and Small Business Licensing Commissions in the hope of setting up my Snow Cone and Shaved Ice stand(s) early next summer - I hope you will eventually try my products. Failing that, I am going to try to become a Petroleum Geologist which is ranked the #6 Best Job in America according to CNN. I am going round and round and back and forth with the City of Newark and I am tired of the whole process. I posted a couple pictures of the so called alternate locations offered by the city as potential sites for my establishment but those areas offer no appreciable foot traffic and looked like they were flattened by B-52 Arc Light strikes. Those places were war zones - I don't know what's going on anymore. Speaking of war zones, I head off to LAS (UA 1111) and LAX (UA 1412) tomorrow. So long for now... |

Notwithstanding my unprecedented almost incomprehensible string of failures last years, I am confident I will be highly successful with this one. My idea is to create a LLC that will produce zippers and directly compete against the behemoth YKK Group, a Japanese company that is the leader in zippers. I guarantee don't quote me on that the letters YKK are imprinted on your zippers. You respond that you do not see those letters, you are a liar. Garden State Plaza 2. Bergen Mall 3. Paramus Park I initially chose Newark because of its relatively large population and the fact it was near my workplace. I went through the entire process and it looked promising for about 2 seconds until Newark wanted to place my stands in quote unquote alternate locations I'd describe as Valleys of Death. My backup remains the Point Pleasant - Manasquan corridor but I realize that is seasonal. So the malls. They have a lot of year round foot traffic and are closer to my home territory. I will decide whether to pursue this plan in the next few weeks. I hope you will visit my kiosk and try my product the next time you frequent said establishments. |

Do realize that your product typically has only seasonal attraction, but the indoor arrangement of said malls (IIRC) will help to extend that season, though not for all 12 months. A better bet would be a tonsillectomy ward at a large hospital. |
