Barack Hussein Obama said he would not comment on the case because it was ongoing.Now that it's over, I wonder if he'll comment? I still feel abortion is an excellent tool against crime. We need more abortions in this country. Too much garbage is making babies. |

Roe only provides for medically prompted abortions in the third trimester. These are usually done to avoid the infection risk involved with stillbirth and severe fetal deformity, done with the consent of the mother excluding emergencies.There has been a law banning infanticide above and beyond murder statutes since 1999 at the Federal level. |
