The "Bim" is also making some very great assumptions. Except that she's parroting the clown that she's married to, the assumption that civil servants don't keep up with the current technology has no basis in fact. When a new technology comes on board, everyone is trained. Some of us actually go to school so we can do the training. But what can you expect from a schlep who never learned how to stop a train. |
