When I was was moved from Concourse shop in 1999 with the R-68s at well over 400,000 miles that was a management decision based on the overall fleet performance and aligning managers who were being considered for promotion. I was offered Pitkin, East NY or Jamaica. I chose what I did because I wanted a crack at the 44s where no one else had succeeded. I succeeded. I assure you that had I stayed, I would have had another promotion to General Superintendent based partially on that success and the fact that during my tenure, my shop went nearly 2 years without a lost time accident and had one of the highest employee availabilities in the division.Whatever else you and the Bim have concocted in those under-developed organs you call brains, I was highly accomplished and very highly regarded in my field. Much like the other shit you talk, you can't back up your claims and those who have been out to my locations can attest to my technical expertise and the quality of the management style that I employed. Now, if you have anything in the way of documented proof to the contrary, let's post it with your real name. |
