Because the idiot prosecutor decided to swing for the fences and only charge him with the most severe of offense (2nd degree murder) there's absolutely no way any jury could put Zimmerman in prison.


You can thank activists like JayZee for her doing that. They made her jump the gun and every day the case holds less and less water for murder.
