I'm not the one who jumped to an immediate conclusion immediately after the story broke, without waiting for the evidence. I am still not asserting anything conclusively, just passing along the actual evidence in the case and hypothesizing what it could mean.The only thing I am asserting here (besides the idea that Zimmerman was a racist and "hunted" down Martin because he was black is absolute bullshit) is that the charges against Zimmerman are unsustainable based on what is publically known as of this date. Because the idiot prosecutor decided to swing for the fences and only charge him with the most severe of offense (2nd degree murder) there's absolutely no way any jury could put Zimmerman in prison. Getting out of the car could sustain a charge of reckless endangerment and put Zimmerman in prison for 3-5 years. But black people want blood, a lot more than an E felony. |
