As said in another Subchat Post in this thread: "Clicking through some of the links in the original link can get you to a copy of the actual lawsuit. He is apparently suing for $1 Million, claiming that he suffered "severe and disabling emotional and psychological harm, resulting in depression, anxiety, anger, loss of sleep, loss of appetite, paranoia, anti-social tendencies, and loss of enjoyment in life activities." Mr. Battie claims to have required medical care for these issues and that he will continue to require medical care for these issues."

If that's not the biggest crock of BS....

He's probably banking on Walmart to settle, so then he can take his winnings to the bank. I rest my case.
