"Then why not sue the teen and his family? "I am sure that might happen. But the concern/issue is the liability on the Wal-mart that they SHOULD BE SECURING their communication devices from the public. What is the teen said there was a fire and everyone rushed all at once to the doors. Someone gets crashed/killed because of foolishness. "This Donnell Battie character is clearly trying to win money for the sake of "getting paid". NOT REALLY. |
