It was YOUR boys, the GOP, that ended the protections against this kind of chicanery that FDR put in place,

It was Clinton who signed the repeal of Glass-Steagal. It was urged by his financial advisors - Rubin, Summers, Geithner, et al. True the Republicans did not offer any opposition.

Unfortunately, Obama chose Clinton's boys to repair the mess that their action created.
