He has it both ways as he's pro-gay and pro-states rights.

So am I since marriage is not a congressional or federal executive branch issue.

It's why Section III of DOMA is unconstitutional (violation of States Rights) while Section II is not (repealing it would violate States Rights).

Citizen Obama supports gay marriage.

President Obama (and constitutional law Professor Obama) know that he can't do jack shit as far as being able to do anything about it other than pressuring Congress to repeal Section III (in the name of States Rights BTW).

Notice that he's not advocating doing anything at the federal level for gays.

Pushing for DOMA repeal and failing to defend challenges to its Section III in court is not doing anything for gays?

Pushing for and signing the Matthew Sheppard Act is not doing anything for gays?

Pushing for and signing the repeal of DADT is not doing anything for gays?

Promoting the LGBT cause in international forums in not doing anything for gays?

Appointing the first ever openly gay Cabinet member is not doing anything for gays?

Who has ever done even 1% of what my President has done for my gay brothers and sisters?

Not even close. And his biggest success - healthcare - came almost despite him. He refused to lobby for it when it looked like it would fail.

FALSE!

You don't know the whole story.

The only reason it ever passed when it was on its death throes is because of a man named Barack Hussein Obama.
