Or they can keep the KISS format on 98.7 HD-2, which currently airs a Caribbean format. It's not unheard of for a former format to be heard on the HD-2 signal of a station they no longer own...last I heard, 101.9 HD-2 was still airing smooth jazz from the CD-101.9 format. The only difference here is that most HD-2 and HD-3 stations are run on the cheap...either running automated or syndicated programming or simulcasting AM stations...Kiss was more of a personality and community driven format, hard to duplicate with no budget...
