I think the person who is actually covered under the Stand YTour Ground Law in Florida, is not Zimmerman, but Trayvon Martin. Trayvon had every legal right to be where he was, and he was set upon by a gun-wielding stranger who accosted him in the street. Who has a greater need to defend themselves under those circumstances? |
