Furthermore, it's a self fulfilling prophecy, he admits to staring at the guy and then following him. He WAS following/stalking this guy, and the guy had no idea what his motives were for stalking him, so of course he's going to get nervous. If I had someone (of any race) staring at me from across the street, and then begin to follow me, I would think the worst too. |
