Even under NY law, all your statements do not imply murder. The provable premeditation on his part was to confront Trayvon, not to kill him.If a prosecutor can prove all the items you state, in NY they would probably get a manslaughter conviction. In FL, he still gets off as long as the jurors have some reasonable doubt that he feared for his life. |
