Zimmerman, the aggressor in this case, showed clear intent when he disregarded instructions to stop following Trayvon. Then, armed with a gun, he instigated a confrontation with the boy, who had every legal right to be left alone, and who posed a threat to no one. He then shot Trayvon Martin dead.What part of that is not an element of murder? |
