I don't want anything except the truth. Unfortunately one of the witnesses is dead so we will never know his version. But that doesn't mean that I will speculate my own version of what happened to make up for his missing testimony and then call that speculation "fact" as you are doing.I agree with your second paragraph, but that doesn't necessarily make Zimmermann guilty of a crime. Murdering someone obviously is, but given Florida's law and the lack of someone to contradict Zimmermann's version means that he will walk. IMO of course. |
