No. Unless the part of the property is essentially part of the home, like an enclosed yard.The absence of the "stand your ground" principle doesn't automatically prevent deadly force for self-defense. NO! It is not acceptable to use deadly force to prevent an automobile from being stolen. You would value a human life at $20,000? |
