So if a person has entered your car and is driving away, you believe that it should be acceptable to shoot at the vehicle going AWAY from you, posing no danger to your person?Only threats to a PERSON should be met with deadly force. Entering an occupied home is such a threat. Stealing a car and driving off is not. Entering an occupied car (carjacking) also is. |
