It probably depends on where you are in the US. In California, 80% white is considered white by most people. Unless they don't want to consider themselves white. For example there are some people around me that have naturally blond hair and look completely white, yet don't like to be called white. Whatever. I'll call anyone whatever they want. We have too many shades of everything to worry about where to draw the line. |
